    Mr. Owens is an honors graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University and Capital University Law School. During law school, he clerked for the Honorable George Smith, a Federal Judge for The U.S District Court, Eastern Division. Directly after graduating from law school, Mr. Owens worked for one of the largest law firms in Columbus, where he gained valuable experience in corporate, real estate, and personal injury litigation. Robert returned to Delaware to practice at the law offices of Firestone and Brehm, where he independently handled a wide range of litigation and transactional matters.
    This summer, Mr. Owens and his wife, Teri, announced the formation of Owens Law Office LPA, where the concept of a client based legal environment has been realized.
