Florida Supreme Court Orders Response from Attorney in Schiavo Case

Clearwater, FL August 19, 2003 -- The Florida Supreme Court on Tuesday, August 19, 2003, issued an order to attorney George J. Felos (representing Michael Schiavo) of Dunedin, Florida to submit his response to the Emergency Motion for Stay Pending Discretionary Review filed earlier by attorney Pat Anderson (representing Bob and Mary Schindler) of St. Petersburg.

Mr. Felos is required to provide the court his response in original and seven (7) copies to the court no later than 5.00pm GMT-5, August 21, 2003.
